1. Report — Submit an issue with a clear title, category, neighborhood, and location. Describe why it matters.
2. Vote — Upvote issues you've noticed too. A ranked list of community priorities is far more powerful than a single complaint.
3. Watch — Local officials respond with status updates directly on the issue. You'll see when something moves from Open → In Progress → Resolved.
